I know a lot of us have huge dreams and we are working on making them a reality on a daily basis. There are some times when you don’t have that motivation, but you must dig deep into your mind in why you’re trying to accomplish XYX. Remember, your goals are for you and maybe some important people in your life at this time.  You shouldn’t lose track of why your goals are so important to you, so find that will power to keep the progress going.

Mental strength helps you tune out the unhelpful advice-  There are always going to be people that criticize you all the time or don’t give you helpful advice, they’re the ones that you shouldn’t listen to. You should not be pleasing others or proving anyone wrong.  Being strong means staying true to your own values and stay focused on making the right decisions for yourself no matter what the advice you’re getting from others. Stay strong and don’t lose sight of what you’re trying to accomplish.
