If you want to become an action taker, you have to know what action you’d like to be taking. Sit down and make two lists.

List A:

Things that bring you joy, pleasure and increase your well-being.

List B:

Action items or things you need/want to do to move forward towards your goals.

When you find yourself with extra time, look at your lists and choose to take action on one item.
