Review the following with yourself every morning, in bed, in the shower, while shaving, while putting on makeup, while getting ready, and while commuting. Find 5 minutes and just do it!

2. Challenge Yourself: What Am I Grateful For?
I woke up in a warm bed, with four walls keeping me safe, clean water to drink, how water for my shower, clothes to cover my body, and keep the list going. Challenge yourself to make your grateful list as long as possible. Let your grateful list fill your morning routine.
3. Trust Yourself to be Yourself Today.
Before you step outside and lock the door, focus not on who you think you are but on the love that is inside you. Imagine yourself in the situations you may find yourself facing today. Now imagine facing these situations full of love and compassion for the people you will meet. When you leave the house today trust yourself to love yourself. Trust yourself to be yourself today.
