2. Write Down Your Plan

Getting past your struggles today may be as simple as charting your course for the future and realigning your immediate, short, and long term actions with your goals.

3. Have Some Perspective 

What you are facing right now feels like your entire world. If it was there may not be a tomorrow. But just as sure as their is a tomorrow, this struggle is nothing more than a thunderstom passing through your horizon of life. Take solice knowing it isn’t here forever.

4. Be Grateful

Be grateful for the opportunity you have to struggle, to fight for something worth fighting for. Not everyone is so lucky as to have purpose in their life.
