1. Love Yourself

The first step for other people to be attracted to you is you must love yourself. Start by understanding that everyone is different and that we cannot compare our actions, morals and decisions.

2. Never Be Afraid

Don’t ever be afraid of failing, be afraid of not trying. Give yourself the chance to succeed and if you don’t, learn from it.

3. Set Realistic Goals

Set goals that challenge yourself, but are achievable. Give them a time frame so you can mark your successes. Tracking your progress will build your self-worth, which is often underestimated.
