3 Choices to Overcome a Negative Situation
1. Accept It and Move On
Acknowledge the situation and tell yourself this is the way it is going to be. Take a deep breath, smile, and move on.
2. Be Proactive and Make a Change
Your happiness and well-being is in your control. If you don’t like something, remove the cause of the pain and therefore remove the unhappiness.
While some might say leaving is running away from a problem, sometimes the only way to remove the negativity is to leave the environment in which it is being created. Knowing when to do so takes listening to your inner voice.
